OC CASH HOME BUYERS is a team of Southern California real estate investors. We buy houses for cash, as-is, then repair and resell them ourselves or together with partner investors.
We built this site because many homeowners who need to sell quickly do not know who to ask, feel uneasy reading contracts, or face buyers who talk fast. Here you can ask as many times as you need, in English or Español.
Your point of contact
Steven walks the houses himself, prepares the offers, and follows the file through closing. He has years of fix-and-flip experience in Southern California: buying old houses, repairing, and reselling. That is why we can estimate repair costs close to reality when we see your house, and why our offers are not padded.
How we make money
To be clear: we buy below market value, pay for repairs, and then resell or rent. The difference after costs is our profit. Sometimes we assign the purchase contract to a partner investor who takes title; the partner pays us a fee, and your price and terms stay the same. We tell you this before you sign.
